What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
Credit card and Paypal. Please contact us if you would like to pay via money order or check. We do not accept international checks and money orders.
How Long Will It Take To Make And Ship My Order?
All orders are handmade to order. Our production time is 3-5 business days after payment has been made (usual business days are Monday-Friday).
Can My Order Be Made And Shipped Sooner Than Quoted?
It’s possible! Just send us a message via our contact page and depending on our workload, we’ll see if we can squeeze in your order sooner than our usual time frame.
Do You Offer Wholesale?
Yes, we do. Please either message us via our Contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. Please do include your store name, website, and info about your business.
We want make it easy to stock our products in your shop! Once you’ve contacted us with interest an in placing a wholesale order, you’ll be granted a wholesale buyer discount code for placing your wholesale order via our website.
Payment & Shipping
What Are Your Shipping Options? How Long Does Shipping Take?
US customers can choose from USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), USPS Express Mail (1 business day).
International orders are sent via USPS International First Class mail (2-3 weeks), but can sometimes take longer depending on other factors, such as getting held up in customs or during the busy holiday season, etc.
Local customers can contact us if they’d like to arrange a time to pick up the order from our home studio.
How Much Are Your Shipping Costs? How Can I Save On Shipping?
Once you add an item to you shopping cart, you can view the cart to see the shipping costs for your order. We do not charge more shipping for additional items, so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping. Furthermore, we offer free shipping for orders over $100. This applies to customers worldwide!

What Are Your Packaging And Gift Wrap Options?
All orders are already packaged in a box. If you’d like to leave a little message to be tied to the gift box with a string bow, please leave that in the message box during checkout as well. We’d be happy to include it for you.
Can I Track My Package?
You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking number. Please feel free to track it there. If you made an account with us, you can also track your package by logging in to your account on our website.
How Can I Return A Product?
We accept returns on your item within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please ship it back to the return address on your package.

About Our Metals
Brass & Nickel Silver
Brass and nickel silver are base metals that will darken over time. Some like the patina that develops as they age, but they can also be kept bright with a polishing cloth. Please note that some people with skin sensitivities may have skin reactions to these metals.
Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Fill
Sterling silver and 14k gold fill are fine metals. Sterling silver will darken over a longer period of time. Some like the patina that develops as they age, but they can also be kept bright with a polishing cloth. Gold filled means there is a thick layer of solid gold on the outside, bonded over the interior metal. It is much higher in quality than gold plated metal and it will not tarnish. Please note that both fine metals are generally more suitable for those with skin sensitivities and most will not have skin reactions, but some may.
